Position : Manager - Sales (Female Candidates only)
Key Responsibilities : Design and implement sales strategies for the team and allot work to the team members accordingly. Prepare and announce the monthly targets and incentives. Coach and mentor sub-ordinates and ensure that they achieve their monthly targets. Achieve individual as well as team targets for the month. Make accompanied calls with junior team members (BDE/Sr. BDE/KAM). Schedule and organise weekly trainings and meetings with team members to ensure everyone achieves his / her target.
Qualifications : Preferably a postgraduate in Marketing from a recognized institute or university OR a graduate from a recognized institute or university in any discipline.
Experience : A minimum of 8 years of work experience in sales and man management in any sector, advertisement space selling would be an added advantage.
Essential Attributes : Good personality, Well groomed, Self motivated, Ability to meet deadlines, Guiding, Motivating, Ability to manage stress, Result-oriented and well organized
Position : Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities : Make daily sales Calls/presentations and achieves monthly revenue/contract targets. Develop and Maintain Positive Customer Relationship and ensuring proper end to end client servicing. Area Penetration for an assigned territory. Prospecting, Identifying, & generating new business and generating additional business from existing customer
Qualifications : Minimum HSC
Experience : Work experience in Sales in any sector, preferably Add space selling for various types of Media
Essential Attributes : Result Oriented (Confident and Drives effective closure), Business Communication (Persuasion Skills, Negotiation Skills, Objection Handling, Interpersonal Skills and Active Listening), Good Personality ( Well Groomed, Confident, Positive attitude), Service Orientation and Adherence to the system, Ability to Work in a Team, Customer Focus
